Regular Limitation and Withdraw After 180 days

Hey there,

I have a question about withdrawing money from a paypal account which was limited some time ago because paypal asked certain documents such as -- invoices, supplier info., proof of id and etc.

It was a personal account so I didn't have those and just left the account to "rot" without taking any action...

So will I be able to withdraw the money from it when 180 days passes?
