When uploading bank statement doc...
 

As title says.... Does PayPal require the full abstract? Including transactions and the total ending monthly-balance at the bottom? Or just name/address/proof of bankname. This is a request PayPal asked me for verifying I'm the owner of account due to a limitation. Any ideas?

It used to be that you could scratch out information. I remember years ago they would actually tell you to do that. Recently when I have they had said they wont accept it. They wont let you scratch anything out anymore which is actually crazy.

they want to see how rich you are and then they can suck on your money more!

Which is why I never ever send a legit bank statement in, even on my non stealth account.

Seems as though they will only see the bank statement regarding that the account has been closed with negative balance. I hope that flys well with them seeing not as much action-figure numbers an all..

I think they just verify the name and address matches account info - transactions and monthly balance make no difference to them...

Normally they require 90 day old bank statement
which card number showing , your address and name showing and logo of bank showing

I sure hope the cover page of the mail will work- name and proof of address with bank logo.
I'll keep this updated since this is a very unusual situation I haven't gotten any email saying I'm limit or 180day limited. Does this mean I can actually shop online with PayPal balance that's available?

Is a good way to check if account is in good standing by trying to upgrade to "Business" account from a premier PayPal service account? Because the funds are available/I sent all the doc's I needed but no reply. I'd prefer not to add a bank until they can confirm the docs but idk if I'm able to access online shops as for spending only my "PayPal balance".

Sorry I'm new and these funds would hella jumpstart my operation soon to be! So thankful for this website and its rocketeers! Hehe

which VPN you are using for making stealth account
because my account limit and i submit the documents and they approved the document but they wont accept the ip and they permenant limit the account

so please can you tell me the VPN name

I've had to send in a bank statement I had 2 pages. I tried to upload both pages so 2 seperate photos I tried to upload to PayPal but was not enough memory to send both in.

So I just filed my page 1 over to them. I beleive all their looking for is to see if your name and address match your PayPal account.

Interesting thing with my bank statement is it was accepted but their was a lot of money on the statement and I sent an invoice saying I purchased over £1000 worth of stock that got accepted aswell all of this was made up but PayPal did ask for my company registration details probably because the balance was fairly high on the bank statement and a lot of money was spent on stock.

I was able to convince PayPal it's just a hobbie and was allowed to continue on using them without handing any company registration details over.
(something I didnt have anyway)

In my experience now keep bank statement fairly low and invoice low value for stock :)

I don't VPN since I haven't actually brought stealth into my attention. If you get your linked IP to your previous permanent'd paypal then not much you can do. As for stealth I was told to always write down your IP per login!

so you dont used any VPN
is your ip change daily then how we identify the ip link to that account
can you guide me little bit more
because my account rarely worked because of IP;s
