Paypal limited with 1.8k
 

so i was limited with a hand full of money a lot of the payments are on hold as they were received as goods and services and my account didnt age, so they aren't asking about my business model or anything. Problem is i used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, that i believe didnt exist and paypal tried to search that up and didnt find anything. Now, i have to provide them with photo id, proof of address, and provide proof of ssn.


any ideas how to get out without providing proof of ssn?

its an american paypal, verified with all banks and cards.

Cant be done.
Youll have to wait the 180 days to get your funds.
And youll need to attach a valid US bank account in order to withdraw them.

calling up and saying im uncomfortable giving my ssn, as i just started using paypal? that a possibility?

i used ⊗⊗⊗⊗namegenerator which was stupid, i now changed my address to an address form zillow. if they ask why was your address changed, ill just say i moved.

Anyways, nothing you can do now, the damage has been done. Wait 6 LONG months.... OUCH

if i call up and talk them out of the ssn, you think the documents will lift the limitation?

You can try but no guarantees, I'd give it a 0.01% success rate.

Before call them make some stories behind the scene and then try to implement these stories to paypal there is very less chances of sucess but you may success if you get any new girl in limitation department and she got emotional blah blah !

Never heard of someone talking their way out of giving docs .

There is a reason they ask for such things.

I don't think your have any luck phoning into PayPal after they have just limited your account straight away with 1.8k inside it.

Best to give PayPal what they want and see what happens ;)

people is different from paypal. you can persuade people, but paypal is a whole nother beast.

so i called up, and was speaking to someone before the phone got cut off, and i called back and that first agent perm limited my account.. **** PAYPAL

The nature of what you are selling. If I were Paypal, I would do the same.
