If the card has balance - try again a bit later. If still not working - you need to buy AVS card from some local forum sellers.

WHY would you publicly post the addresses like that!? Anyone can see it...paypal can go in and permanently limit you now if they see your post. Dont think that ebay and paypal goons arent lurking here.
