Replacing Permanetly limited paypal thats linked to my Top Rated ebay Store

Whats up guys I am new to aspkin and need some major help. I was limited from my paypal account with over 1k in it but I have an ebay store that is top rated and that is linked to that paypal that is limited and I was wondering if I unlink that paypal from my ebay store and make a new one will I be fine and not have to worry about getting limited again or any issues with paypal?? This way I don't have to worry about seller limits and can keep all the feedback and positive selling history without having to start over

You would need a new eBay and a new PayPal

You wont be able to link a new PayPal to an old eBay account for long without the new PayPal account getting linked to the old limited PayPal account and also getting limited.
