paypal registration ID number,passport number...
 

When i create stealth account for my countri paypal asked me for ID number.No need for credit card verification.I wrote some ID number and paypal works.But I dont know if they will check that?I already have six stealth accounts and no need for ID number.And last two I created they asked for ID number through registration.

I really doubt that they would be able to verify your ID number in your country...
But for safety purposes -- write down what kind of number you enter with each account.
Because in the future if they ask for proof of ID -- you'll know what number to be "creative" with. ;)

Hi!
My PP account was limited, I bought the account from someone soI can't get his ID.
Is there something to do about it?
Do you think it will be smart to unlink the limited PP account and link a new one to eBay?

In general, how would you handle IDs when openning a stealth account?

You can't simply unlink and link to new eb without potential problems. Get creative with the ID...

I just recently opened PP and same issue, requires Passport or ID #, Google photos works great for general numbers which I flipped around. So far so good, doubt they're synced.

I may tell how i deal with ID when opening US pp account. To get it verified i use valid person information like name surname address ssn+dob. Then i just confirm it with "add money" button and link BA or CC. This guarantee that such account may get payments instantly to balance and not getting 21 days grace period.
