Stealth acct got permanently limited. How to refund?
 

So i have been using my stealth acct without any issue until today. But today some badstard reported me and paypal limted my acct permanantly. Thats fine. I could get another stealth acct. but! I have received payment from this buyer right before my acct got limited... So its in my paypal balance... Is there any way that i can refund him a money he sent..? Should i call paypal with the information that i got from acct seller..? Or if buyer(sender) call paypal will they be able to get refund..?

You should be able to go into the transaction and issue a refund there

Can't there be restrictions that you can't issue refund while your account is limited?

Because I had mine limited not so long ago and also had a payment received the same day but paypal wouldn't let me refund it (it was a restriction which came with limitation).

Refunds from a suspended paypal account shouldn't be an issue. As far as I know, they don't have issues with refunds.

You should be able to refund payments - if any problem, you may have to call then for manual refund

the better way is that you can refund this payment through calling paypal and tell them so thy can refund you on ur behalf

It depends on the limit. Some you cant give out any refunds and some you can.

I have had both.

If you can't refund from the transactions page then it's because you have a hold on even refunding. I have called paypal before and been told to escalate the problem and leave it like that because even they can't refund. Very few times the lower rep can refund from there side.
