Paypal refused appeal
 

hi, i got limited the other day and was required to provide tracking, invoice and photo id, so i uploaded tracking invoice and photo id(passport)

they refused it so, i rang up to find out why and they said i need to upload another proof of id (drivers license) and another utility bill etc

what do you guys think also? any one with the same experience?

They probably didn't like the quality of your docs.

HI, its a stealth account stealth name, just said they are parting ways on the email, but when i rang up the guy said upload dl and another bill so im hoping thats enough

If they have sent the parting ways email its pretty rare for them to reverse it

jamesnorth101, hi, yes, the guy i spoke to said upload the new docs and theyd reveiw again so maybe a chance? elomono said it should be ok

Just be aware it is a long shot and not a given.

the guy i spoke to seemed ok, im thinking upload and ring and get him to review it and hope he lifts it?

at worst case they held the money and said no, the account is fully 100% postive, so im hoping if they do say no i only wait 45 days for my money rather than 180

ive been transferred to colleagues before i remember his name

Get on to them now.

Lesson I have found with UK paypal is to not trust them.

because they know your ID is fa ke and have started keeping it often in that scenario

I've had 2 that I can't get money on, both ones that have failed the ID check in the first place.
You might get lucky and it gets released automatically but doubt it, probably put a little mark next to your account that your ID is fa ke
