Paypal limitation need help!
 

Hi all,

I'm new on paypal and ebay.
My paypal account that registered on ebay got limited. They ask me copy ID, utility bill & sales invoices w/ tracking number of 6 items listed on paypal.
Both ID & utility bill was resolved, but not the sales invoices & tracking number. :confused:
I have sent screen shot of my emails indicate that I have sent/shipped the items to the buyer. But that not resolve the limitation, they still need both sales invoice & tracking number. :(
But the problem is, I'm selling e-gift card on ebay, and you know that I'm sending e-gift card number/code by email to the buyer.
I've told paypal about that but there is no good answer.
Please help me how can I resolve this problem.
