Verifying Paypal using bank account
 

Hi,

If I have a stealth Paypal account and I want to verify it using my personal back account.
Do they check the name and the details of my bank account to see if there is a match or they just doing a deposit / withdraw of a random amount of money and that`s it?

I would like to know how is it working.

Most banks will accept deposits in stealth names...so you use a stealth name for the bank account on PP.

Which bank is it?

Paypal can not see the name or address details of the bank account, they only get account number and sort code.

However if you let paypal try to take money from your bank, then the problems start, which is why you always leave enough in your paypal for fees.

Know what bank it is is important. Most are fine, but some do have issues with mismatching names
