Can I ask paypal to remove bank account & CC for limited account?

No need for you to ask paypal. YOU can do it yourself. Contact the bank and tell them that you withdraw your permission to allow paypal to have access to the bank account and the credit card. What I do is I go to my branch and see a staff member. I arrange for this to be done and fill in any paper work. I make sure I KNOW the name of the staff member who does this. Why? Because if anything happens & paypal 'touch' my money I can go to the bank & tell them they made a mistake.
If you do this, you may also need to know that the procedure can take severals days to be finalized. Usually nothing goes wrong but just to warn you it
might.

Any problem with paypal and access to bank account/credit card always always

The "numers" are with PayPal for life..A bit unethical that they would limit yur account indefinatly yet kep your SS#, Bank and other info....Imagine if PayPal got hacked....

Greenbean is 100% correct here. The answer specifically to your question in NO. PayPal will not allow you to change financial information on a limited account. So, go do it yourself..
