PayPal limited over 180 days no funds released
 

PayPal has been limited for over 6 months because I didn't supply documents

I thought they release the funds after 6 months (180 days) ?

No, it just means that after 180 days,
you can withdraw your funds via Bank account or VISA,
I think there is someone offering service like that here

unfortunately they won't supply the money to you until you provide them with the documents they ask for. If you don't want to give them the documents, you can simply report them to Ombudsman services. These people are crooks!

This is what Paypal will tell you, but usually very untrue.

Moving on, login to your account, see if there's an option to add bank (if you dont have one on there), then withdraw. If the withdrawing restriction hasnt been lifted, and I suppose it hasn't, send an email to paypal.

Make sure to copy and paste that email you send, because within a few minutes you will get an auto response from them (basically telling you to re-write your message).

Have the same problem. Its more than 180 days and i even can not add a bank.

They still want documents.

Unless you get notice from paypal the funds will be released, it does not happen.

If they want paperwork, supply it.

If you do not want to supply it, then speak to paypal and work out your options.

Calling is always a hassle, but at this point, you have nothing to lose. Call them, explain to them you don't feel comfortable uploading personal documents on the web and that you wish to withdraw your money and close your relationship with paypal.

Uploading some pictures or documents that are not related to your account in any way might also work. They might permanently limit the account so you could get your money in 180 days.

It really works differently from the US paypal.

Here's the thing. I uploaded some documents that failed which resulted in my PayPal account becoming restricted. I received the 180 days notice straight after. 2 years have passed now and I still haven't received an email telling me that I can withdraw the money. Logging into my PayPal it is asking me to provide documents.

Now I can provide some new stealth documents which will be different to the ones that failed but will have the same name and address details. Will this work as they can clearly check the record to see that my previous documents were stealth in the first place?

I would give them a call, at this point you have nothing to loose. Adding more documents only complicates things and would probably make the situation worse.
