PayPal limited due to age, told to make new one?

My original PayPal account with my SSN and all got limited. Initially when I made that account I was underage but now I'm well above the threshold age limit and called and they just told me to make a new account... Seems to easy, am I missing something? Anyone else ever have this happen to them?

If thats what their saying, whats to lose?

BUT! - make sure you incorporate stealth strategies, i.e. new user, new ip etc. (but same name/address) because we all know how incompetent paypal can be, so it might link and suspend again. But just to be safe, I would do that.
