Paypal limited - can i refund my costumers?

Out of nowhere paypal decided to limit my account.

However the only thing i can do about the money i have there, apparently is to give refunds.
Im new to these technologies and im not used to working with paypal.
I have about 400$ there and i cant withdraw it, and im afraid to lose my money that i worked so hard for the last few weeks!
They are taking a long time answering to my messages asking why they limited my account!

So my question is:
I have about 7/10 payments there, is there a way i can refund all the money to my costumers so as they can pay me back through another method and website?
Or will paypal for example forbid my refunds because my account is limited? (As far as i know i can give refunds, as its stated in my limited account section to what is allowed or not)

Please anyone give me some feedback as im very scared that paypal decides to take my hard earned money from me!

Paypal is no new in the business, so if you ask them to refund all the transactions, they know what you are doing ...
I had a limited account, with something like 300$ on it, i had 2 customer complaints for item not received. I sent an email to paypal and they refund them the day after for a total amount of 250$

Welcome to the forums Loki - if your PP is recently limited, do you not see a button for each payment to refund them? How long has your account been limited?

Just go into each specific transaction, and click refund. You will have the option to partially refund or fully refund the payment. You need to do this individually for all your transactions. There is no one click refund for all.

So scary when you have to rely solely on PayPal to make a living..... PayPal can literally make you homeless

That's not possible.

I had an account get limited because of a transaction (this was about a year ago), I simply went into the transaction and refunded it. No problem whatsoever.

Paypal changed their policy when it comes to refunding, they will remove all buttons for a seller to refund their customers once limited now....
