Has a Closed account ever been reopened?
 

Was talking to a friend about paypal issues and he swears a friend of his has had an account that paypal starting closing reinstated????
Anyone else heard of any?

Do you mean a limited account was unlimited?
Do you mean paypal STATED the account was closed?


Is it possible you got half the story? Accounts that are limited can be restored if the user supplies whatever paypal might require.

An account that paypal has started to close for suspicious activity,but belongs to a genuine business?That would be getting reviewed.

I get you now.

Users can be told by paypal the account is under review for stuff like spikes in sales.
When the account holder supplies into to paypal that is acceptable AND accepted, the account is allowed to continue to operate.

Read thro' the UK section of here. Limits on accounts are removed which allow the life of that account to continue.

BUT, since paypal is unfair, it can reject claims by some.

Thanks for that,I'll nose through the UK section too,its a merchant review case not an executive escalations case involved?Not sure if that makes a difference?

It is possible to have a paypal restored at the ground roots level.

Not ever possible that they open the account because they are and its useless to send them requested things

GB is correct - some PPs can be reinstated and some fail. Have you had issues with your PP OP?
