Paypal Limited, Ebay OK...

What should I do? Can I actually use a new Paypal account to sell again?

Paypal asked me for invoices, for shipping proof, but I have none (virtual items, they said nothing about it, just that they're "worried how I exit funds" from my account)

If I don't give them anything (no ID, no invoice etc) will the funds be available in 180 days?

A small bump, biggest question is about the 180 days release date....will it work with all accounts? Like the one which asks for invoices and stuff? If I don't send that, they'd release the money for those 6 months anyways?

Or am I obliged to provide those docs in order to get my money...

And would it only be withdrawable or can I send it to another PP/use it to pay?
