Need help to remove paypal limitation
 

Hi everyone, im newbie here..
last time i sell itunes giftcard on ebay..
and after got alot of buyer, my paypal get limited
paypal ask me for
1.Photo ID (done)
2.Proof of Adress (done)
3. Invoice / Supplier info
4. Proof of delivery

can someone help me, i dont know to give paypal invoice and proof of delivery, cause i sell digital goods :cb:

First, Where did you purchase the Gift Cards? Online, In-Store, or from someone else? How did you pay for them? Cash, Paypal, or credit card? If you don't have all or any of those info then paypal will just assume you stole the gift cards. You need to get that info and forward it to paypal.

Second, Since you delivered them through Email and this is not allowed on Ebay. I would just make up a story and tell paypal you sent all of them through regular mail and you put a self paid stamp on it and you have no tracking.

Or you can just forward the emails you sent your buyers to paypal.
