Paypal limited, Ebay account still good to use?
 

My paypal account is limited. But i dont see any issue with ebay account. Is the ebay account still good to use? Or will they ban my ebay account too?


My paypal is limited because significant changes in your account activity. I dont know whats going on. the account is using normally and its a old account. Its not stealth account so all the paypal info is real. I can provide all info they need for the account. Is it possible i can get the paypal account back? Only problem is they want me provide supplier information whichs i dont have. I buy closeout inventory from craigslist or people sell left over inventory on face book. So i will not have any invoices. What can i do? Please advise. Thank you all!

& soon that paypal will be limited too!!... its best to trash all of those ebay/paypal account bcuz it will be a head ache .. you should get new accounts start over and follow the stealth rules

You could use your eB with other approved payment methods like Skrill, Paymate and Propay.

I don't think they accept Skrill anymore. Just PayPal, cash on pickup, or credit card (you have to have a merchant portal).

You can still use your ebay account if there's no issues just open a new paypal an when you list a item on ebay just make sure you add the new paypal email address to get paid i done it plenty of times with no issues

Can anyone verify what this person has said because i am needing to do the same thing as my paypal was limited and my ebay account still good

On another thread (actually one of mine that I posted), somebody wrote that if you just add a new PayPal email, that will also be limited once PayPal links the same eBay account.

Paypal could be limited as quick as 24-72 hours or a few months later.

It seems that you should prepare new eBay/PayPal pairs just in case.

PayPal will have the ebay ID number noted (not the username...) and will be able to link the two again within a short time.

I did the same and managed to get 2 months out of it before they shut me down again, but I managed to get a lot of sales as it was over the christmas period.

I have a question related to the docs, if I don't have the invoices to show should I just send incomplete docs on the last day they set? I am still allowed to accept payment till the 17 sept. so should I send my incomplete docs on the 15?

invoices are easy to sort out, just send what they want to see.....wink

there are invoice templates free on google. just look up local wholesalers and use their details. I doubt if paypal are allowed to phone these companies......and most companies would never give out client info anyways

Im in the same situation.
Though, Correct me if im wrong...
Wouldnt it work just fine if i
1) Relist all items in store (Diffrent eBay #)
2) Change the eBay store + eBay email. (Diffrent info arrives to Paypal)
3) Open a fresh new Paypal + Delete cookies?

I have done this and added to it

But I stopped using that EB account after 3 weeks. So I do believe in 2 to 5 months it still would/could have been shut down, to me it makes sense.

Short term solution you are good.
