This is the message I get when I go to try add a new bank to my old paypal which has been limited for over 180 days.

'Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank'

I've decided to get two new debit cards just so I can try them with paypal and neither will work? What can I do? thanks
