There is no solution.

You got linked and ALL have permanent limitation. You cannot fix this.


You have to start again NEW, but first need to find out why you were linked.

Follows these Rules And Your Paypal Will NEVER get Limited

1 DON'T EVER OPEN emails from Paypal (all info is in ebay)

2 ONLY build 1 account per day

3 Make Sure all Transactions amount are in close range for the first month: example you Receive a payment of $100, you receive another payment around $125

4 DON'T log into ALL your accounts all at one in a day.. one day check this account one day check another account

5 make sure your using good/Fresh ip's

1 - There is nothing wrong with opening email from PayPal. Just have imagines disabled.

2 - You can make 4/5 accounts in a day if someone really wants, just have to do it correctly

3 - That is good yes, but its best to keep it lower than $100 for the first month

4 - Again its fine to log into all the accounts in a single day as long as its done correctly

5 - This bit is good advise.

Using the same number and address on 3 accounts would be a very easy way for PayPal o link the accounts.

No point in contacting them.
They stated the accounts were linked and limited.
BUT - they also mentioned that they believe you provided false information, That you were involved in fraudulent activity and that you broke the ToS.
Those accounts are dead and gone. There is no way youll be able to save them. You need to accept this fact and move on. Youll have access to those funds in 18- days and hopefully the bank accounts you have attached to the accounts are legitimate and youll be able to pull those funds out.
Start planning for the future instead of wasting energy on this and learn how to employ stealth principles properly so you dont run into this sort of situation again.
