Dear Friends please help me with this issue!
 

Hello dear friends, hope you can help me and give me advice. I cannot add bank account to my paypal account, so i cannot withdraw money. All the time it says "cannot add bank at this time" what is my options? I cannot call paypal, i have registered with funy nick name, also i dont remember date of birth and all other staff. Please help me???????

Is this a US account or CAD one?

No idea about canada paypal accounts, but in US people who try to add a Capital One 360 bank account get this error as well, because the bank is blacklisted.

So if I had to guess, BMO is considered high-risk by PP and requires you to go through extra hoops to add it, which isn't always comfortable for a stealth account.

Guess is incorrect Mitsu - BMO is not at all a high risk bank - it works very well for PP.

Rano, maybe you are entering the bank incorrectly?

I use BMO for Canadian PP and BMO-Harris for USA PP beautifully.

Does someone knows if i add td canada trust bank account, will td accepts mismatched name deposits???

TD accepts mismatched name deposits very well in Canada.

Thank you so much to all!!! I was able to add a bank account. The problem was: the security system of PayPal didn't let me to add bank. Finally I called few times to PayPal rep, only Supervisor was able to explain the problem, and help to remove that limitation. Usualy that happens when account limited for 180 days pass.

Hi Rsot

I've noticed you're quite familiar with TD canada trust, so I was wondering if mismatched paypal deposits still work. I have a personal account, not a business one. But I've heard business accounts are better for mismatches :s
