Can Automatic fees for ebay come out of my Paypal limited account?

I would close all accounts associated with the paypal account to be on the safe side.

No I want the money in my paypal limited account to come out my paypal account to pay for my ebay fees!!

He is not asking that. He wants to know if his automatic paypal payments to ebay will still go through on a limited paypal account. General you are not allowed to send any payments. So even though it is a monthly recurring charge it would be considered a payment. However, since it is to ebay they may have an exception to the rule. Usually the only things to protect you from being limited is to set up a payment to the account you could always refund to yourself, jump through their hoops to get limitation lifted or wait the 180 days to withdraw or have them send you a check.

I have never had a limited account able to pay Ebay fees. I think Ebay could probably get the money out of a limited account if they wanted to pay fees but I have always just got letters in the mail saying I need to pay.(when I used to use my real address)

Did you have your ebay account account setup to take automatic payments from your paypal, or do you pay using the one-time payment link?

My ebay fees came out of my limited account. I need help getting the rest out, but no joke ebay took their fees and now im trying to figure out a way to get the rest of the money out.

Can't you withdraw through adding a new bank account or VISA Card (if your PayPal allows VISA withdrawal)
