My first stealth paypal limited from June 14th
 

They ask me for submitting a lot of information in June 14th such as identify (verify by phone linked to paypal), proof of address( I bought a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bill from secondeye ), proof of supplier( I just sent them a scrn prnt of the site I bought items ), and some easy-to-confirm information. After one day I sent a message to ask them for a problem on resolution page that I can not add a proof of delivery. They did not reply within 24 hours like they said so I went to send another message just same as first one and this issue resolved after two days.
I submitted all info in June 20th then I sent a lot of messages to ask them how long does review takes or when my account can be restored.
My paypal supplier just told me to wait up to a week.I waited a week already but in this week I just received a message that they will review my account not any valued info.
My question is Should I call paypal for unlimitation ? If also What should I say? I'm not a american and I know they record every call so are there chances they know I'm not a US resident ? If I can call from google voice number They would review my account instant ?

Once you submit information, call paypal. Don't wait around for them to review it themselves, because it will take a while. And in America, we have many different cultures/ethnicities, so if you have an accent or don't speak english well, that's not a cause for alarm.

Why paypal had reviewed my email but they did not reviewed the limitation ? They said they feel that they would be albe to answer my question better by speaking to me.
Did they realize something like that my account is not legit or my product is ?
