PayPal asking 4 for DOB and last four of social
 

So now everytime I log into PayPal right away they asked me for my date of birth and last 4 of the social security number. Don't know why but it's basically asking upgrade to a business account and I can't get out of it. I have money in that account end I get sales from eBay through it. How do I get past this I'm not even trying to sign up for a business account. This really stinks because what happened was I got a negative from a buyer from eBay right after he purchased an item as soon as I clicked shipped he said please refund my money. And I told him why would I refund your money after you in item. So basically he loved me and I get feedback I was very upset called PayPal from an old phone number which I shoulda never done I believe that's what caused this issue and the lady tried to verify even though I put an old phone number in that was not banned on PayPal I just didn't have the phone anymore because I was a prepaid phone and the number it's fired. So I think that she asked me what about the account on this certain address which is not bad it's my brothers and basically hung up after that I still got orders didn't realize that basically I was limited told today. So I got a new phone in the mail with a new number and I tried to go on my PayPal and this is what happened I kept getting please enter your information to upgrade to a business account the last 4 of my Social Security and date of birth. Because I'm using a ghost account I can't verify anything is there any way to get past it without actually having to start a new eBay and PayPal account? Anyone that gives me knowledgeable answers and help me get past this without having to start a new account I will send $20 as a thank you so please let me know only leave answers if you know for sure how to get out of this I don't want to try multiple things and get banned for sure because right now my PayPal I mean my eBay works I can log in with no problems change information with no problems PayPal I can't get past asking for the last 4 of my social and my date of birth

so your saying, paypal link your ssc with the bank acc you attach your paypal with?

You don't remember the date of birth you entered (or was entered) in the account?
Was an SSN entered in the account earlier? if not then just put any 4 numbers.
There is no other way to get past the security questions im afraid.
