candian stealth paypal account limistation is lifted

hello all
i have Canadian paypal account which was limited and now limitation is lifted and money is ready for withdrawal
do any have idea about a vcc or any other kind or vba or any others types to withdraw money from it and telll me their cost

But as you know paypal wont accept the documents if in case they accept the documents dear then they request more documents and plus IP issue also arise

I offered to help OP if he has issues with Canada PP account ,as i had gone through issues and solved for my Canadian PP account
