Suspended/Limited. My new plan will it work?
 

Hey guys new to the forum :)
Have several suspended paypal accounts.
I plan to start a new one will this work and are there any flaws?
First I am doing everything over an android phone running a VPN.
I have created a new Gmail email then created a new ebay account with a bogus name. No paypal links yet etc not even added an address to ebay Acc.
Now to start with a paypal account creation. Still using a VPN. Obviously at some stage they will want verification. Utility bill, passport, drivers licence. Which I can easily get.
They have all the original documents from previous account. Am opening a new bank account today with a new debit card, however this information will be my real details. When I go to verify my identification documents with paypal the first name and address will be different to what my new bank account will have, will paypal pick up on this? I would use the same city, state and postcode but not street name and number. Basically will they match bank address with my PayPal address. Oh and also bought a new sim card for phone verification.
Am I way off with this idea? The VPN I'm using is australian to obviously. I also have several laptops I could do all this from but using a mobile phone personal hotspot with vpn app.

Mismatching names for withdrawing paypal is typically not an issue

Just make sure you research the bank you're using on aspkin as some have been known to reject mismatching names.

Just want to check 2 things:

1- Which VPN are you using? There are many abused VPN services so you will need to be careful.

2- If you are working from your phone, please use the browser and not an ebay app. These apps are highly invasive and will link all your accounts.

Because in that way he are planning to get new IP.
As i understand he will use his mobile phone as internet router just calling it as VPN...

yes, I know what a vpn is used for, but I don't understand the way he wants to do it ... vpn on phone and use phone as hotspot .. there are better configuration, or maybe you are right, he calls it a vpn

Welcome to the forums - Speeder33 asks you the right questions and Tooknapa is right in a way - don't need VPN...look at dongle use, phone as hotspot, and dynamic IP providers

Phones hold a lot of identifying information that makes it easy for paypal and eBay to track and link (if possibel) your account/accounts. So just be extra careful when operating stealth from a cell phone.

Thanks for all the replies. I will get the stealth guide but I feel like I'm somewhat on the right track. In regards to using a VPN I thought I should use a VPN located in Australia here so paypal doesn't see an IP from Africa or some odd country. Sounds like I'm way off on this idea.
New sim here today. New bank account and a secondary account linked to it (just because I can. New visa debit card arrived.
Just need to get the verify ID organised ready for when they ask.
I would sign up to PP with ex: Ben Johnson and alter the utility bill, etc accordingly. And I could still move my selling funds to my bank account as I don't think PP check that they match
