I have two paypal accounts, one main, one stealth and both of them got limited. Both on July 2nd, 2016. Both accounts have $300+ in them. My main has a e trade securities bank account attatched with real credit cards and address, phone number and it is verified. My steath is not verified without e trade secuities bank account with a real credit card, and phone number but different name and address. I have not received any more emails from them and have not contacted to them about anything. What should I do at this point to get my funds back. I don't mind waiting the 180 days but I just want to receive my funds back. I do have documentation for my main but not stealth. People with experience with paypal limitation please tip me step by step tutorial of what I should do. Should I provide different documentation for my stealth to make them perm ban my account so the 180 day process will start? Should I call them regarding my main?

I'm afraid you linked your stealth by using a real credit card on it, so it is of no use anymore.

This looks like a standard limitation where they just want your documents, and that gets lifted, usually.

I would recover the main account and forget the stealth one, since it's not stealth anymore.

If you do not want to appeal the limitation just email and say that you're not appealing the limitation and no longer want to cease all business with Paypal.

What do you mean by usually it gets lifted? Should I email them, contact them at all? Should I just silent for 180days? All I want is to get my money out of my stealth. What should I do on my main. Provide documents?

Will this release my funds? Is this the best option?

This does nothing.

Funds will be held for 180 days from last receiving funds date unless you give paypal what they want.

No you will need to wait the 180 days,

By letting them know that your not appealing you will get an official email from paypal dated stating that they are parting ways and will be holding funds for 180 days in case of disputes/chargebacks.

You get the clock rolling , the best case would be they give u a 45 day hold on funds but that is rare, they are firm on the 180 days and will hold it the complete time

Yes, why not submit your documents on your main account? You got nothing to lose.

Most likely this will solve the problem, and if not well, bad luck.

You could also get documents for your stealth account if you still want to recover it (can't explain how as this is not allowed here, but you can Google it)

I just log onto paypal and go to the bottom of the page and click the help link, and than you can click call or email.

After clicking email u will need to choose your topic and subtopic from set topics and u can also leave a small message, just choose something close to your question, it doesnt matter, after u send u will receive an automated email in response and than it says if your question isnt answered reply to the message.

so just reply to the automated message and i always get a response within a couple hours, i always contact paypal this way for everything, and it seems they always respond and resolve whatever issue.

There are specific emails some members use , u may find it if u search the forum, but i always email this way

My account is asking for verification and I cant log in because I cleared my cookies. Is there a specific email I can send?

Not much you can do until you verify or be able to log in. Do you no longer have the phone number?

Nope.

Phone verify and/or wait a while as you create cookies again. Log in every day, click links, let it time out. Eventually the phone verification will go away.

and what would that do?

They will ask you to verify the account and your identity..... If it was as easy to hack a paypal account as sending an email, paypal would not be in business.
