Limited Paypal Able to Send Funds - Should I???
 

Ok I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I'm in an all too familiar situation... limited PP account. I've been debating sending the necessary info (photo id, proof of address, etc.), but the risk of it causing more issues has been a deterrent.

When setting the account up initially it was only to pay people for services so everything was ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Not realizing at the time I used my real address, but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. The account is unverified by phone.

General info below:
What can I do while my account is limited?
update your account information
add money to your account
add a card
add a bank account
send refunds
use PayPal logos in your auction listings or on your website


What can't I do while my account is limited?
send money
withdraw money from your account
receive or request money
close your account
remove a card
remove a bank account

What they are asking for:
Apr 12, 2016 Photo ID
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of Address
May 27, 2016 Proof of Address
Apr 12, 2016 Provide Invoices
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of shipping/delivery of items to buyer
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of shipping/delivery of items to buyer
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of shipping/delivery of items to buyer
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of shipping/delivery of items to buyer
Apr 12, 2016 Proof of shipping/delivery of items to buyer
May 27, 2016 Provide proof of delivery

I've taken care of the proof shipping and all money from the shipped products are available.

Should I verify it by phone and upload the docs they requested or just upload the docs requested and hope for the best? If you have a better option I'd love to know.

Get Creative ive done it a few times an all worked out.. You got nothing to lose at this point

The only way to lift this limitation is sending PayPal what they are asking.
