ok, 1 of my paypal accounts have been restored and 3 are still limited... is it safe to take payments in the restored account?

Got to give us a little more info to answer this question. Are the stealth accounts? do they all have same details?

same as limited paypals and a blocked ebay account.

Why were you limited???

The best suggestion when i see when people get their ebay accounts reinstated is to let it "cool down" ..

I would say the same goes for the paypal...

or at least start slow

Just a headsup that a paypal account that has been unlimited may/will go fine for a while, then be the subject of another limitation. Sure go slowly but keep this in mind.

Most likely yes... unless you start increasing sales with it too much.
