Please Help Paypal Limitation, Requring Documents
 

Today I received this message from Paypal:

Your PayPal account shares at least one piece of information with a PayPal account that has issues.

To remove the limitation, you need to resolve the issues on this account.

Upload a photo ID
Provide proof of your address
Upload a bank statement
Provide Supplier Information
Provide proof of your SSN
Provide shipment info
Provide invoice

I was very careful making a stealth account, followed all the rules and everything, how did they find out? Do I need to trash that account?

Impossible to say based on the information you have provided. You would need to detail the steps you took when creating the account.

You can't provide SSN so you'll have your work cut out if you want to try and restore the account.

The thing is I change my IP address by doing the MAC address trick, changing the last two digits. When I work on eBay/Paypal on the new windows user account, I am still logged on the other, but I never log in my limited account on my other account. I suppose that is how they caught me?

Want to always log off and close the windows before moving to next user account .. Pics you use did you clean the meta data ? little things like that add up..
