After 180 wait anyone adding banks to withdraw funds ?
 

Been reading past threads but i see nothing recent ...
Anyone able to add a bank account after the 180 wait or is EVERYONE unable to add a new bank to withdraw funds too ?

You should be able to add a bank to paypal to withdraw funds after 180 days

Couple senior members have pp that is unable to add a bank now after the 180

You should def be able to add a new bank account, you might need to call them up and have them add it manually.

I just tried to add a bank acount after 180 days last sunday, it was TD bank, it wouldn't add, i called in they couldn't do it manually either, so i a asked for a check which i received Saturday

Never had tried the check option .. Did they tell you why they couldnt add a bank to withdraw to? Do they jsut send the ck to stealth addy or whatever address you give them, ? And thanks for responding glad to hear someone got it !!

They didn't give any reason they just kept saying they were unable to add the bank account and didn't know why.

I had access to the address that was on the account but you can normally add another address to a limited account.

I'm trying to get money out of an account also and the system wont allow me to add a bank account even though the resolution centre says I am allowed to add , I just get this message and have been for a fair while :

1 way call in paypal first, and they explain why.

Now paypal not allowed add new bank in limited paypal, because many scam they want first verify identity

And at that point how exactly do you verify your identity on a stealth account to pp ?

I've got stealth docs ready for my particular account , just wondering whether I should submit them and try and get them to add the bank account manually at the same time via email request or just call up and get the bank account added over the phone before submitting the stealth docs , I've very little confidence that calling up paypal will yield anything good , they've never done anything I've asked in the recent past , just pretended to comply and then done bugger all .

When I got my money released I was able to add a bank no problem.

I would add the verification docs you had, then call the next day... But that's just me.

I'm having trouble adding a debit card. PP won't let me, did it online and over the phone and it cannot add it. Is anyone seeing thi?

@OP have you tried calling in yet to PP? Curious as to what they say. BofA and Chase have never given me any problems when adding so maybe PP like some banks over others when these cases arise?

I did call and just got a run around considered the check route but hear others say lots of times it dont show up either ,, going to try to push the issue tomorrow for a higher up .. I was under the impression that in the US 180 day hold was IT any thing after was unlawful..
Am i Incorrect ?

I have had this issue on several occasions recently. The only way I have managed to fix the problem is to call PP and ask to speak to the supervisor. The regular agents cannot override the problem by adding bank accounts as they simply tell you its a technical issue and offer to send a cheque. Refuse that option and ask for the supervisor and explain that you understand the issue is a security problem that needs a supervisor to override. This method has worked 4 times for me in the past few month on 180 Ltd accounts

Now paypal not allowed add Chase BOA and ect also, paypal doing it because many hack money :(
First need confirm identity and send bank statement, also reply on secure questions credit history backgraound report (sometimes paypal customer support ask this)

That correct, now paypal check holders because many people used stealth paypal accounts.
if you use someone else's information to open an account Peypal, it is not legal.
My friends have the problem with Police
accused the of money laundering, and he did not care what all the money was clean from sales with ebay

Well you need to inform aspkin that everything mentioned in the stealth book is illegal . He probably dont know it . So you helping ppl get their money out of pp would be also considered money laundering rite ?? first you said pp policy now your talking about us laws . if you try to steal a real persons info to defraud them using their ssn address bday credit info is one thing ... Telling pp i am scott blowhard from 121 willow ln nowhereville usa is not illegal as pp is NOT a bank . And for any conviction to take place they would have to have evidence that you were trying to steal a real persons info NOT just lying to pp because they banned my account in my real name .. Here all people doing it , means withdraw from steals account to his bank, but the law does not prohibited do so, but in paypal policy stated that opening its account to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ data is prohibited, if you open account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name then confim it, if can't confirmed then leave it and smoke bamboo.

PayPal have base SSN and Phones, that why people can't confirm many times new phone number if add in working or limited pp.
Example: you register paypal on name John Smith, after 1 month or 1 week not important paypal limited your account and ask provide ssn..
Now tell me how u can confirm SSN if your stealth account have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name ?
You try find John Smith and ask give me your SSN i add in paypal ? hahaha
