Weird Paypal Limitation

I started a new account last September and have been building up. I have about 40 positive feed backs and have sold 3500 this month.

I get an email from Paypal that I have limited account access. But I can still accept payment and make witdraws. I cannot close the account or request money and need to submit a SS # (or business info). What should I do? Has anyone seen this?

two other things, as one of my addresses, they have the store where I bought a debit card. Also, I lifted my withdraw limit about two weeks ago, and somebody called from PP a few days ago to confirm a transaction.
