I thought I saw it all and now I see something new.

So I have a business PP and things are going great. Then some turd opened a case in PP (not EB) saying the item was not as discribed. I responded I would be gladly replace or do a return. They never responded. Then like a week later pp ruled they can return it.

I'm thinking this buyer is a turd , o well. Then this morning I see my account is limited till I give a bunch of info.

Here is the message from PP.

"Your PayPal account has been limited because some of your buyers have reported they never received their merchandise or services, or there was a problem with what they received. As your payment processor, we need to better understand the situation. "

I know how to supply the docs they require. But my question is:

I purchase my goods from DH Gate. If I send in those invoices and supplier will they get pissed at me?

Damn, where should I say I get my stuff? Any suggestions?

I found a place to get docs (including invoices) but they do not offer suggestions where I should say my supplier is.

So today was notified the buyer did not respond so the case that caused my limitation was ruled in my favor. No kidding. The stupid buyer is a scammer and never responded to any of my messages, ugh.

But the account is still limited. Ugh
