In my ebay it doesn't have the usual "your funds will be avail ..." on my paypal it says Sept 19th, but it always says the same date on my ebay too! Is that weird? My stealth ebay account is a year old. Still holds funds 3 days after delivery ;( This item has been delivered and the buyer is happy. Is it worth calling paypal or just wait it out. Lately when tracking shows delivered and if its past 3 days i click contact us when signed in paypal and choose message them , it's really not important which topics and subtopic u choose when messaging, they make u choose and an automated message is immediately sent back, than ill just type the message asking if they could release the funds, ill add the transaction ID.
I copy the message and than send it because i always get an automated response that is not helpful but it says just respond to the message if u need further help, and thats when i just reply and click paste and send the same message which now will go to an actual rep.
I have done this many times the last few months and everytime funds are released within a few hours of sending the message.
i never had any issues with messaging paypal for this reason, and always sent the message if its been 4 days and it has been marked delivered. |
