PAYPAL limited forever
 

are a small seller on ebay Italian, I shop based on ebay.uk
They have closed the PayPal account permanently to 3000 € in

Now I do not know how to do, how to be able to continue to sell on ebay
I can not do another paypal account in my name because everything is blocked, what can I do? buy a PayPal account verified?
I will not have problems with ebay if you have different names on the store and the bill?

Hi,
welcome to the forum Italian friend.

It seems you need a brend new couple of eBay/PayPal account and go stealth. You can have more than one actually. You can go with the same eBay account and change the payment method but PayPal is what people use... so...

Did you received the PayPal letter telling you that your money will be available for withdraw after 180 days?

So, they didn't ask for any documents?
If they did and the account was with your real info, you can give it a chance and send them what they need.

Otherwise if the account was permanently limited and there no option to appeal, you will need to go stealth by creating/buying new accounts, as @ilcarletto mention, it would be better to have more than one account, in order to divide your sales and stay under the radar, and in case an account was limited you will still be able to operate on other accounts.
