Now past 180 days PP won't let me add/confirm card. help!

You were limited for 180 days No ability to withdraw funds. Correct ? You cannot do much but try to get any funds out of it and be done with it if i understand this right. And if you don't already have the stealth book i make no money saying this but its the best investment you can make at this point ..

Is it this error => "Sorry, We can't add this card"?
I have also this problem and it is very annoying!

Call paypal customer service this is the only solution I know
