Can't add card to a limited paypal account after 180 days!!

I want to withdraw money from limited paypal account, but when trying to add a card paypal gives error message "Sorry, We can't add this card". Any way around this? Do I have to go to some library and use another computer or what?

I had a similar problem. I asked PayPal to withdraw my the money to another PayPal account and they said it is not a problem. They sent the money to my friends PayPal and he withdrawed it and gave me the money in cash (Of course I will never link anything else to my friends account anymore)

Why are you trying to add a card? are you hoping to request a check to the billing address of the card? im sure you know, you cant send money to a card.

Because in my country it is possible to add a card to a paypal account to withdraw!

after i add bank account,that i can withdrow with check to my business address.because the paypal address not mine

Solution only 1 now, call in paypal , now paypal not allowed add bank or cc after 180 days, many scam that why paypal change policy.
