Hello!
My pp was limmited.
I need to send them docs.
Photo ID, Proof of Adress, Invoice, Business information.
I have Photo ID, Proof of Adress, but I don't have Invoice and I don't know
what kind of business info they want.
I sold one chanel jewelry and that was my first sale.
Can anybody help me with this?

Go to freshbooks.com and register for free. Make and invoice (a logo helps) and send a snapshot of invoice.

Business info is rather easy. Click on the button and fill in the missing boxes. Sounds like your in the jewlery business. Select the lowest option when asked about months processing estimate.

I always look at my account from PayPals eyes. They don't want to lose money. If you were PayPal would you lend your account money? Because thats exactly what they are doing....taking a chance that your customer won't chargeback after you've withdrawn yours.

Start another account if you haven't already.

As I say I sold just one chanel jewelry.
This site you give me will make not original chanel invoice.
Is that will be a problem?
If I just say I dont keep any invoice is that will be a problem?

When I had the same, I went to Chanel shop, bough the cheapest possible item there, and then went creative with the invoice.

I sent all documents to them, Photo ID was accepted, business info was accepted.
And other two (proof of address and invoice) was processing for about 10-12 hours.
And then I got this email -

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

I still can log in to my acc and I have money in it , what can I do beside of just wait till 180 days pass.

You could try a hail-mary phone call to push your case - otherwise have to wait it out

I called them, and the operator says that there is a problem with my CC statement.
He says I can sent another one. Is it worth it?
