I have two legit paypal accounts.
 

I was mainly using one of my PayPal accounts and that account was hacked one year ago and had 2k dollar debt on it.
Now I wanted to log in and solve the problem or see what has been going on. I was not able to log in and was not able to recover my password also. Gave me error.

After that I discovered that I have registered business PayPal account 3 years ago with my other email address and I was able to log into this one.

I would like to sell digital goods on my online store. Can I use this 3 year old account for that or what is the best thing to do?

Both accounts are legit and with my original name. Did PayPal deleted my account which had debt on it. It can be so easy.

Your always going to have trouble selling digital items with PayPal.

How to do it correctly? I will start selling with low volume, like $50 per day.

If it is my own real account then it is hard? I buy (supplier) digital goods from eBay.

The best and simplest way to sell digital items is to:

• Physically ship something out using tracking.

• Add tracking details to eBay and/or PayPal.

• Refund any orders with issues, don't allow it to ever escalate.

Whilst this isn't a 100% fool-proof method, I have always gone down this route and the account's last really long. Needless to say, make sure what your selling is permissible.

Your account is not deleted, but it's an disabled until account owner pays the debt, they always do this after like a few months or a year of the account owner not paying, if you really want to try and save the account goodluck, but it's way bettter to start new everything. They will say yeah you can recover your account, but then they will have you fax alot of documents and you risk your account still not being active. Paypal lies alot.
