Proof Of Shipping

Paypal is requesting proof of shipping of an item... What counts as proof of shipping? Does anyone know? This is really dumb because the buyer hasn't even complained its just paypal limiting me.

Dude, proof of shipping? Always include tracking on any shipments. It is the best 18 cent insurance policy in the world!
