Need help setting up a vps for a paypal act
 

Hello - Newbie Q here -
Want to set up an Paypal Stealth with a paypal account using a VCC & a France/Germany VPS (Operated from e.g. US).

I know the VPS needs to keep browsing history.

But how to set it up so that there is no additional cost outside of the VPS hosting. I’ve heard mention of access to the VPS via remote desktop or VPN – but this sounds like an additional cost.
Is a VPN necessary if using VPS?

I Do not need this for ebay at the moment. I will only be processing payments below $50 per month so do not want excessive costs.

Any set up tips advise??

So, if you are planning to be accessing your account via the VPS you will need an OS (Operating System like Windows, Linux,..) installed on the VPS.

Using a VPS wouldn't require a VPN as long as the IP address assigned to it is in the country of your account (For German Account you need a VPS located in Germany)

Note: The IP address of the VPS/VPN is a very important factor, and should be chosen carefully. (shouldn't be abused or used before with a Banned account).

One more thing, While you are planning to create a France/German PayPal account, did you though of how you will be withdrawing your funds? do you have a local bank account?
