Paypal Stealth - Advice for Non US Non Ebay
About 10 years ago I got my paypal act limited. I want a paypal stealth account. Not for ebay & Not for large transactions. Probably need to receive about $50 per month.
So I need a simple Non US PP Stealth act in a country that doesn't require VBA e.g. Germany/Malaysia as I can do it with a VCC only.
So far I have found A paypal VCC for $10 & a ready set up paypal act already VCC for $25 but that seller wants $10 each month for a German VPS. ( I don’t want to be tied in). I’ve been told I need a VPS & 1 that tracks cookies.
Could u/someone please explain the whole cookies tracking issue? Why is this necessary?
