New paypal, need help.
 

Well, I am a college student from Canada in the USA. I am a temporary resident and do not have a SSN.

I had a paypal account since 2005, with my Canadian bank. That one went down the drain due to some BS eBay issues. So now I opened a new account, same name, different address. It was flagged in 5 minutes (US account). It needs my SSN, bank, and location. I can call Paypal about the SSN / Location. And I'm planning to buy a US bank account from www.visacc.com. I already added a VCC. Would this work?

When you contact PayPal about the SSN issue I would not tell them about your previous account. They might already be suspicious and that's why you're limited. Either way if they know about the previous PP account you'll be linked and right back where you started.

So, if they ask, this is your first PayPal account.
