Company dissolved
 

Hello I have run my PayPal account for 2 years and I was asked to provided proof of registration of your company, I mistakenly put a company which has dissolved 6 months ago, today I received a message from PayPal

After reviewing your PayPal account, we've determined there is excessive risk involved in doing business with you. According to Companies House your business is in "dissolved" status. We'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business. However, you'll still be able to use a PayPal account for personal use.

Does it happened to anyone before? any suggestion how to resolve this? any suggestion will be much appreciated, thanks

Paypal is right if compnay is desolved then you should not be using this account anyway

I don't think u will get your account back good things is they not closed your account as mentioned you can still use it as personal use which is quite strange

How will paypal detect that the company is status ? how they know and check

Any company house search engine would tell you. Its all public information

they normally check with company house https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/

the might down manual review of the account or maybe OP changed something

even they search the company paid up capital and bank loan also?
