Why my PayPal got limited after 2 days?
 

Hello, I made new eBay + germany PayPal. I used private germany proxy, Whoer.net shows me 100% anonymity. I used also VCC for PayPal. After 4 sales in 1 day (200€), my PayPal got limited but it doesnt matter because I didnt ship items and eBay + PayPal costed me just 10$.

So, I would like ask if there is any explanation why because I want avoid this next time.

Did I get limit because I got 4 sales in 1 day and I registrated this PayPal 3 days ago?
Did I get limit because I used poor VCC from openvcc.com?
Did I get limit because I used bad proxy?
What is best EU country for PayPal stealth account?

OpenVCC cards are mostly from Vietnam and after 2 das, paypal gets limited.

You get what you pay for.

OpenVCC are cheap, but most of the time the card BINs have been abused so pp know this and will end your account.

Personally, I only buy from here because most sellers know whats what.

Cheap is cheap for a reason - crap quality and most of the time don't last/work.

One week ago I tried to use entropay vcc for paypal. It got limited after 1 day but they just asked for credit card statement. Are you sure that this PayPal got limited because only bad VCC?

I agree, I bought one from OpenVCC as well and got limited days later. They said suspicious activity linked to the card whatever that means. They didn't bother to refund or replace which I am at a lost.

I buy my VCCs from here and Auction Essistance even though they are a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

Could be a combination of things on why you got hit, try switching out the proxy for a better source and start eliminating factors that could cause it.

Getting a Whoer.net 100% anon score doesn't really mean much for stealth

Your not trying to be total anonymous your just trying to avoid getting linked to your old account.

Your limitation can be down to their the VCC or the IP your using. Both can cause the exact same limitation you have had

I would advise getting a better IP and then choosing another VCC

VCC was the problem, I am 100% sure but I dont know what about IP. Its private proxy and its not even detected as proxy. By the way, can you please advice me some IP/proxy provider which is safe for stealth account? I dont want buy 24vc because I need this stealth account just for max week..

If you go into your limited paypal account and go into the resolution centre, it will more than likely say to you 'we need credit card statement' - I am presuming because the vcc is not a good one.

That is what it said for me so I concluded that the vcc was bad as it happened to all 3 of my accounts.

many reason why your account got limit

1. For new accounts paypal limited fast for check holder because many people open stealth accounts,sooner or later you get a limit
2. IP, DNS,Cookie (PROXY not good for paypal)
3. Openvcc.com selling Vietnam VCC, you can't used it in EU paypal, because paypal sistem trace it, and you got limit. (U need used same country BIN vcc, Entropey also can't used) and many many reasons

Everytime VCC is not a problem
Install new window that will resolve your problem

There is problem with my proxy too. I made third account with another proxy but from same provider and I used VCC from aspkin now and I got limited again :D And I didnt have any sales..

Start with eBay Stealth first, give it a good read and if you have any questions afterwards let me know.

If you mean this not proxy you mistake, i working in paypal, and know how sistem search proxy IP. PayPal invest big money for security,
proxy - it's one of the reasons
and know many reasons why paypal can limited accounts.

If you used proxy , you open port 80 , and systems paypal trace it, also Determination of the tunnel (bilateral Ping) , IP leakage through WebRTC then system inform operator this proxy 99 %

also many reasons, when start accept funds in paypal, system updated, check IP, and check all details, but for new paypal they can fast limited account and check for legal holders or not. if a small risk, they will automatically limited your account, and procedure send documents bla bla bla

Better for paypal used VPS , (not VPN or Proxy)

P.S but my friend sometimes used proxy and don't have problem with IP in paypal, he used account 11 years.
