Soft limit, waiting from 4 days still can send payment
Hello everybody,
I have a stealth Italy paypal fully verified,
Received a payment some days agho, payment is released 4 days ago, trying to semd payment to another paypal Italy but same error come over again and again "sorry, impossible to send your payment, contact paypal"
Even paypal is not able to help
Trying from 4 days, tried every amount even 1 euro
Please help |

| Called them again, they said try some other methids or wait some time and try tomorrow... |

There's no fix to this, and becareful not to spam the "send money" button as it'll get your account limited very quickly. PayPal does to make you use your bank to withdraw the money. You just have to build a history on the account and let it age a little before you can start sending money |

2. What IP u used ? socks , proxy, dns changed ?
3. Did you call in paypal ? |
