Can I use Hotspot Shield VPN with Stealth Paypal?
 

So im going to purchase a stealth account as I am nearing the 20k tax bullsh** on my personal paypal. I just want to know, would using Hotspot shield (vpn service that changes ip everytime it's turned on) to access my stealth account cause any issues? Cause my plan is to just keep using my personal pp account to make simply payments online through my home ip, then use hotspot to access my stealth to manage the money i receive on that account. Thanks!

That VPN is probably been abused and burned...would not recommend that VPN. There are easier methods for getting an IP. If your determined to go with a VPN, I would recommend 24vc VPN.
