I have received the payment yesterday and now trying to send money to other account but i am getting error we can't send your payment right away

please let me know the solution
i need to send money urgent

Transferring between accounts is not a viable withdrawal method. You need to attach a bank account to your Paypal account so you can withdraw the money.

PP is cracking down on sending money to other accts. as family/friends they make nothing on this, they want their cut, and if you do it enough you risk them limiting your a$$ while they investigate money laundering.
Send a money request to the other accts. from the main acct. you're putting the money in and pay their fees.

Even sending it as a payment method gives the same error. They're cracking down hard. For new accounts I've found it best to age the paypal a minimum of 3 weeks, and letting the money sit for at least a week or two, then sending the money out in small increments

Yes same problem with me also
just increase the aged of paypal account without doing any big transaction
after that it will work like a charm.,

You can't send payments on new accounts. Not even $1. Just withdraw the money.
