Hello I just made my account in PayPal I use my address in Bulgaria and my CC in Bulgaria, so did I need a USA VBA ? And will it be a problem to put a USA VBA ?

Does the PayPal for your Country require or have an option for Verifying a Bank Account? IF not then you clearly would not need to add a VBA.

It is giving me this option, but I give the biling in my Country.
When I add the VCC my account gose to 80%

So can I order VBA from hire and use it ?

You would need to speak to the VBA seller and be 100% sure you can add a US VBA before you order it.

For a Bulgarian account, a VBA is not necessary.
I'm talking from personal experience.

And you would not be able to use a US VBA. Those can only be used on US accounts.
Why not add your own personal bank account? would be safest for withdrawing your funds as well.

To Credit card, but it takes up to 7 days to receive it
