Paypal is asking for picture? May limit account features?
 

I've had a stealth account for the past three years, and never encountered any issues, as well as use it on a daily basis for my E-bay transactions. However, I was an idiot and clicked on "Add Money", which than requested for me to type in my social security number. Paypal's system than realized that information being given was not correct, and is now asking for my documents such as an id, utility bill and social security pictures. I can still use my account as before. However, paypal stated that the "Add Money" function had been disabled until those documents are provided. I received another email today from paypal remdinding me of this event, as well as they stated that more accounts features may be limited, if not provided.

Do you guys think that Paypal will limit more functions, if i do not provide those documents? Also, did anyone else have experiences with those particular matters?

Any help is appreciated!

P.S I am still able to use my account as before, however, i am worried that they may be limiting may account soon?!

Yeah, you basically shot yourself in the foot. Their asking for documents, you either give them the docs or the account will get limited. Seems pretty straight forward to me.

There's no magic wand in this forum that will make your problems disappear.

But they stated that the they "may" limit further account features? I also conducted some research upon this topic, and apparently Paypal will keep reminding me of doing so. However, other users that faced the same issue said that their account was never limited.

It's up to you, not every account has the same fate....if you feel that you won't get limited then keep doing business as usual.

I would just withdraw the fund and stop using for a few weeks until the dust settles and then act accordingly.
